Hello iDealer,
Maybe you keep replaying conversations, hitting rewind and edit in your head until it feels endless. Or you find yourself performing, polishing, and perfecting, whether on screen or in real life, while inside it feels like your system is glitching. It’s exhausting when your inner algorithm keeps looping the same code.
Therapy can be like adding something new into the algorithm so your feed of life starts generating different possibilities. In our sessions we get curious about what keeps the loop running, experiment with new ways of relating, and build strategies that actually support you instead of drain you. Think of it as giving your mind some updates, patches, and room to breathe.
You don’t have to debug it all on your own. This is a space where glitches are welcome, edits aren’t required, and you get to show up as your whole self. If you’re ready to step out of the loop, I’d love to work with you.
Sincerely,
Stephanie
“Mistakes are almost always of a sacred nature. Never try to correct them. On the contrary: rationalize them, understand them thoroughly. After that, it will be possible for you to sublimate them.”
